Ronald H. Gross, Ph.D.

Ron is the CEO of Censeo Corporation, a firm whose mission is to help clients maximize their investment in human capital.  He has more than 30 years experience in working with organizations to identify, select, and develop the competencies required for business success.  His areas of expertise include HR strategic planning, leadership assessment, competency models, selection systems, performance management, leadership development, job analysis and validation studies, and employee surveys and research. 

His experience spans a wide range of industrial and service employers in both the public and private sectors.  Clients include General Electric, Westinghouse, Exide Electronics, Toyota Motors, AAA, KFC, Sprint, Lexmark, AARP, as well as a number of smaller companies.  

He earned a doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, and an MBA from the University of Utah.  His undergraduate degree was in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Michael Zia Mian, Ph.D.

Michael is the Director of Consulting Services at Censeo Corporation.  For more than 10 years he has been helping organizations develop and implement large scale human capital initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and organizational diagnostic purposes. Michael's areas of expertise include competency modeling, test construction and validation, leadership assessment systems, leadership coaching and feedback, and employee/engagement surveys. 

His experience spans a wide range of industries, including companies in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, financial, and government sectors.  Specific clients include Lucent Technologies, AT&T, Oppenheimer Funds, Schering AG, Sanofi-aventis, Environmental Protection Agency, as well as many smaller firms.

Michael earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and a BA (Hon) in Economics and Psychology from Queen's University (Canada)

Michael Kazazis, M.B.A.

Michael is a Vice President and Co-founder of Censeo Corporation.  During the past 20 years, Michael has held technology management positions in many different industries ranging from Wall Street, to defense, to electronic publishing. Prior to founding Censeo, Michael enjoyed a seven year tenure with the Thomson Corporation where he worked with several Thomson organizations. His most recent assignment at Thomson was VP of Technology for a division of Thomson Learning.   

Michael earned an M.B.A. from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College where he participated in their Executive program. Since 2006, he has served as a member of their Alumni Board.

Jim Higgins, M.A.

Jim is a Vice President and Co-founder of Censeo Coporation.  He has 14 years Industrial Organizational consulting expertise, working with such organizations as United Parcel Service, Prudential Insurance, Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Citigroup, GlaxoSmithKline, and Convergys.  Jim's primary areas of expertise include leadership assessment strategy, competency modeling, employee selection processes, 360 degree feedback, and job simulation assessment technologies.

Jim earned a B.A, in Business and Psychology from Marshall University, and an M.A. in Industrial Psychology from Radford University.
